What plans do you offer and what are their features?

  • There are three types of plans available: Basic, Pro Plus, and Alpha Plus. For a plan comparison, refer to Pricing.

How do I activate my membership after payment?

  • Membership status are automatically activated once your payment is confirmed. Your plan purchase details, including payment date, start date, end date, etc., are in your user center.

Will my plan be auto-renewed?

  • Your membership won’t be automatically renewed unless you’ve chosen such an option when you created your subscription. You can always change your auto-renew setting in your user center. Please note that auto-renew is only available with fiat payment via Stripe.

Where can I better understand each metric and chart?

Can I pay with crypto?

  • You can pay with ETH, DAI, USDC, and USDT on Ethereum, Arbitrum and BNB Chain for crypto payment. If your crypto payment is less than the quoted amount in the payment window, your plan will not be activated, and the fund will not be refunded. Email to support[at]candlestick.io if you have problems with your payment.

How do I get an invoice for my subscription?

  • If you are paying with fiat, you should receive an invoice from Stripe via email upon payment. If you are paying with crypto, please contact us for an invoice.

How do I change my subscription plan?

  • You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your subscribed plan will be upgraded immediately after the payment is done. Your plan period will also be extended according to your new subscribed plan. Plan downgrade is not allowed.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

  • You can cancel your membership at any time. Even after canceling, you can still use your subscription for the time you've already paid.

What is your Refund Policy?

  • No refunds for plans that have already been subscribed.
